NOTICE: Re-application Forms with enclosures and other requested documents must be postmarked on or before February 1st.
IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE APPLICANT TO CONTACT NAJA HEADQUARTERS PRIOR TO THE DEADLINE TO DETERMINE IF ALL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED.

I. RE-APPLICATION FORM (Original and 6 copies):

Available ONLY between September 1st and February 1st from the NAJA Web site: www.najanet.org.
II. ENCLOSURES WITH RE-APPLICATION (non-returnable):
- Seven (7) photocopies of expense page(s) from current college catalog ATTACHED to back of EACH application copy
III. DOCUMENTS TO BE SENT UNDER SEPARATE COVER (non-returnable):

Two (2) Recommendation Forms are required with Letter of Recommendation attached. This is crucial, due to the fact that we look for very detailed info and various opinions on all scholarships. If a Recommendation Form and a Letter of Recommendation is not attached, your application is not complete. Forms are available online. Recommendations must be from professors who have either taught or served as an advisor for the applicant during the current scholarship year. Recommendation Forms and Letters must be mailed directly from individual making the recommendation to the National Association of Junior Auxiliaries Inc.

Certified transcripts of grades earned while receiving NAJA Graduate Scholarship must be mailed directly by the college or university to the National Association of Junior Auxiliaries, Inc. Please indicate if previously submitted.

After filling out the Re-application form, check form for errors and clarity. If you need to make changes or corrections, simply re-enter the corrected information.

WARNING: Information entered on form is saved temporarily in your computer's cache folder. However, it is NOT permanently saved, therefore it is advisable to complete application at one seating.

After you have reviewed the completed Re-application form you must print a hard copy, sign and date it. Send original and six (6) copies along with all enclosures to the address listed above.
