The NAJA Executive Director is employed in a full-time staff position by the Executive Committee and will report directly to that body. The Executive Director is the principal administrative officer of the Association, providing professional organizational management for the program, committee activities, and internal operations of the National Association of Junior Auxiliaries, Inc. NAJA is a 501 (c) (3) women's charitable and educational organization. The Association Headquarters provides services to the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, Chapter Support Coordinators, Chapter Development Coordinators, Committees, Chapters, individual members and the NAJA Foundation.
