NAJA Foundation Virtual 5K Walk/Run
The Board of Trustees of the NAJA Foundation is thrilled to announce that the 2022 NAJA Foundation 5K Virtual Walk/Run is being generously supported by a donation from the McWhorter Family. The race has been specially designated as Sug’s Run in honor of Sug McWhorter of Greenville, MS and Lake Village, AR.
A strong believer in Junior Auxiliary’s efforts to make life better for thousands of children throughout the JA service area, Sug dedicated her life to making a difference. She served as president of the Junior Auxiliary of Greenville, MS from 2008-09, then as a Chapter Support Coordinator. Sug also held positions on the NAJA Board of Directors and the NAJA Foundation Board of Trustees.
Because of Sug’s tireless devotion and service to NAJA, the McWhorter Family is honoring her by supporting the organization so dear to Sug’s heart. The Foundation Board of Trustees is privileged to acknowledge the generosity of the McWhorter Family as its 2022 race sponsor.
The Foundation 5k Run/Walk will kick off JA Week and is an event for individuals and teams. It is also a great way to involve your community and grow awareness and support for your local Junior Auxiliary Chapter while supporting the Foundation.
